Structure: 

W/H-Word → Shall/Will → Subject → Have → 3rd form of Verb (V3) → Object. 
Examples: 
  1. Why shall we not have cooked meal 
  2. When Shall I not have stopped the car by applying brakes? 
  3. How will they not have finished their work? 
  4. Where will she not have displayed her pictures?
