Structure: 

W/H Word → Shall/Will → Subject → Not → Be → 1st form of Verb (V1+ing) → Object. 
Examples: 
  1. When will they not be cooking food for their friends? 
  2. Why shall we not be waiting for the bus? 
  3. How will she not be postponing the meeting? 
  4. Why shall I not be visiting the museum at that time?
