Answer:

Subconscious Level Treatment to Get Calmness of Mind

You have to do as follows to make certain that you get over all of your concerns and difficulties one by one and hold your objective of tranquility and calmness:

  • Sit back and relax.
  • Get free for 19 minutes.
  • Leave all things to God.
  • Get a mirror or open the front cam of your cell phone/tab and look into your eyes.
  • Talk to your subconscious mind to remove all negative energies from around you.
  • Tell your subconscious mind about your intention to forgive all of the people who injured your body, heart, mind or soul in the past.
  • Breathe in and out seven times.
  • Visualize yourself to be looking into the eyes of your soul (and subconscious mind) and tell him again about your intention of getting calm.
  • Do it for 3 minutes only with full belief either to resolve your concern or to solve your issue.
  • Stay confident about your abilities of head and heart.
  • Get up and take rest for 16 more minutes and think about your life related in general as related to this issue.

Most Important: Don’t repeat the same process within six months of it first performance or do consult me.
