Yoga is an exercise that deals with various things of the human beings including their body, mind and breathing.
Yoga and stress are the two opposites. The body fitness is although there but, at the same time, the mental fitness also relates to yoga.

Control your Breath and Pulse: Yoga and Stress

You have to focus your attention completely on your breath, body and mind so that to relieve yourself of the untoward things going on around.
This focus of yours on these things will let you know about your inner self and the stress would be relieved.
You may make use of any yoga pose you like for this purpose.
The simple pose of standing with raised hands or the sitting posture with cross legs may be helpful in this context.

The Yoga and stress are quite opposite to each other. Yoga demands that you keep to yourself and not move in any other direction.
Your present is the very thing that is to be cared about. But in actual practice you get stressed about your past- the gone by misadventures and misfortunes are the real cause of your worry.
Similarly, the imminent future happenings are the cause of your stress; you may take control on these things by focusing your attention at your present.
Leave the past and stop worrying about the future.
As Shakespeare has put it, “What will be shall be.”

 Stress Relieved through Yoga

Yoga and stress are at two opposite poles. It relieves your stress to the optimum level.
This type of exercise is used to relieve the people from the stress that they have got due to the various happenings around.
Stress is not a bad thing if kept within limits as it incites you to be creative and more prone to do the things correctly and quickly.
But the same stress becomes unbearable to the mind if it goes above the limits. At this stage, it is harmful both to body and mind.
This practice of stress relief through yoga is the real cause of worry for every one.

 Calm down: Yoga and Stress

Yoga lets you calm down so that you may carry on the work that you have been doing during these years.
This yoga meditation practice would let you go for such a calm mind that everything would be in your favor and you would be the winner every where.
You will be able to make your decision with such a calm mind that the decisions would take you along to the best possible position as far as yoga and stress are concerned.
