a) Affirmative in Past Perfect Continuous Tense in English Grammar

Structure: 

Subject → Had → Been → 1st form of Verb (V1+ing) → Object → For/Since → Time/Duration. 
Examples: 
  1. I had been cooking food for 5 hours. 
  2. Tess had been working hard for nine months. 
  3. We had been playing Hockey since morning.  
  4. Qasim had been studying at Brookfield since 2020.
